1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The request is made within 5 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Food & beverages

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Clearance/sale items marked as "Non-returnable"


2. Return Process

  2. Provide order details, reason for return, and product images (if damaged or defective).

  3. Once approved, we will share the return shipping instructions.

  4. Ship the product back using a reliable courier (unless we arrange pickup).


3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.


4. Exchange Policy

  • We currently offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If returned for any other reason, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
