  • We deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India through our trusted courier partners.

  • International delivery is currently not available.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days for most locations.

  • Remote and rural areas may take up to 10 business days.

  • You will receive tracking details via SMS/email once the order is dispatched.


4. Delivery Charges

5. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will make two attempts to deliver your order.

7. Delays

  • We will assist you in tracking your order but cannot be held responsible for courier delays.


8. Damaged Packages

  • If your package is damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery or contact us within 48 hours with photos and details.

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
